Kateryna Viy has over ten years of experience in international corporate, wealth, and estate planning services. She has a proven track record in managing complex trust and corporate structures across both civil and common law jurisdictions, with expertise spanning company law, tax compliance, trust administration, and accounting. Her ability to navigate diverse regulatory environments and deliver tailored, strategic solutions underscores her professionalism and commitment to excellence.
She holds the Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation awarded by STEP, as well as a STEP Postgraduate Diploma in Private Wealth Advice (PPgDip). In 2025, she was named Wealth Management Star Under 40 at the WealthBriefing Awards, recognising her outstanding achievements in the field. In addition, Kateryna serves as a presiding judge for the WealthBriefing Awards in Europe.
Fluent in English, French, Russian, and Ukrainian, Kateryna serves a global and culturally diverse clientele. She is Global Co-Chair for Wealth Management and Estate Planning within the XLNC Association, a frequent speaker at leading industry conferences, and a board member of the Association Suisse des Femmes Chefs d’Entreprises.

Cécile Civiale Vuillier is the CEO of META OCTAV GROUP (HK) LIMITED (formerly International Fiduciaries Limited). She brings an extensive career in wealth and estate planning and a well-established reputation in international trust and foundation structuring.
She advises private and corporate clients on the design and management of complex, multi-jurisdictional trust and corporate structures, with particular expertise across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
Cécile has been recognised as Women in Wealth Management, Switzerland 2022, and together with her teams has received awards including Wealth Planning Advisors, Switzerland 2023 and Corporate Service Provider, Geneva 2024. Most recently, she was named among the Most Influential European Businesswomen of 2025, reflecting her leadership and impact within the international wealth-management community.
She sits on the Steering Committee of XLNC, where she chairs the Wealth Management & Estate Planning Focus Group. She is a former Chairwoman of the Geneva branch of STEP and former Chairwoman of the STEP Swiss & Liechtenstein Federation. She has also been recognised as a Prominent Figure in the Leading Trustees category of the Citywealth Leaders List.
