Think Big Partners: The Process

Accelerating Ideas, Innovation, and Entrepreneurs

Finding good ideas and turning them into tools that you can use is hard. Building those ideas into profitable sustainable companies is even harder. While the order of the tasks required is often different, the recipe is almost always the same. To follow this recipe, and to do so in the smartest, fastest, most efficient way possible, requires you to have a process.

At Think Big Partners, we believe that the only way to turn good ideas into profitable companies is by having processes. Through a combination of our network of talent, expertise and experience, we’re able to leverage this process against opportunity to create results quickly that improve the odds of business success.

It is not enough to just have a good idea. You must have a process for executing your plan. With process, you will receive the results you want before you run out of capital or miss the market opportunity.

“My gosh. What is this place? Is this a post office? What exactly is this?”

Mike: Hey everyone, I’m Mike Sullivan. Thanks for joining me today on MO.com. I’m talking with Brian Spindel today of PostNet. Brian and his partner have done some pretty incredible things with running their own business, consulting with others to open similar types of business, and then ultimately franchising their business. Brian, thanks for joining me today and let’s talk a little bit about how you met your partner and how things got rolling in developing PostNet.

Brian Spindel, PostNet - Co-Founder

Brian: Yeah, absolutely. Steve and I have been in business together for about 28 years. We met each other in the early ’80s when we were introduced by our fathers who were actually both in the same business, in the water purification business. No connection to what we ended up doing.
